I can't find the colour combination I want in the shop. What do I do?

Not to worry! All our pieces are made to order, so you can either add a note to the closest product to your ideal piece or fill in our custom order form and we'll get back to you with a price.

Can I add a magnetic clasp to any piece?

Yes, a magnetic clasp can be added to any piece — just add a note at checkout. You can read more about the different clasps we offer in our clasp guide.

How long before you dispatch my order?

All pieces are made to order, so we aim to dispatch your piece 5 to 7 days after you place your order. If this has to change for any reason, we'll update the banner on the website, but if you've already placed your order we will stick to the dispatch time that was stated when you placed your order.

 

If you need your piece any sooner, please do add a note at checkout and we'll do our very best to get your order to you one time. And if we can't meet that date, we'll be sure to let you know as soon as we can.

Do you have a tracking number for my order?

Unless you choose the Royal Mail Tracked 24 option at checkout, no. Our standard delivery is Royal Mail 1st Class, and although we're able to provide proof of postage, we won't have a tracking number.

My order hasn't arrived. Can you send out a replacement?

All our pieces are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class as standard, and although Royal Mail say that your order should arrive in 1-2 days from dispatch, a parcel isn't considered 'lost' until 2 weeks after the postage date. If your order hasn't arrived 2 weeks after you get your dispatch email, please get in touch. At this point, we'll be able to offer you a replacement or a refund.
